We are a family of 5 people, 4 of us arrived from abroad in 2 groups. MOTOROADS met us at Sofia Airport, transported us to Pleven, then transported the whole group of 5 people from Pleven to Golden Sands and back within 5 days and finally returned 2 of us from Pleven to Sofia. All this was done professionally and precisely. Drivers Hristo and Peter were at the designated place to take before the appointed time. I would like to express my special gratitude for their professional and courteous attitude towards us. We are a family of 5, 4 of us landed at Sofia Airport on 2 different days. MOTOROADS took us from Sofia Airport to Pleven, then they took all 5 of us from Pleven to Golden Sands and back in the course of 5 days and finally 2 of us returned from Pleven to Sofia. This complex task was executed in a very professional and timely manner. The drivers Hristo and Peter were at the requested place well in advance of the requested time. I would like to express our gratitude to them for being highly professional and polite to all of us.

The whole process from booking the taxi to the transportation from and to the airport was very good. Online customer service and the taxi driver were polite and helpful. I will consider using MOTOROADS again when we travel to Bulgaria in the future. :)

The pick up and transfer service was excellent. Pauline, the driver, was on time for us at the airport and was lovely. Nice clean car and friendly service. I would definitely use this company again. There was nothing to complain about and the prices are very reasonable too

Professional service at a good price, they will be used on the next visit as well :-) Order was done online. The driver was waiting in the arrival with a sign, and brought us safely to our destination :-)

We would like to thank you once again for the impeccable, reliable and very good transport service. I must admit, we were initially very skeptical, but the driver was as promised to pick up already ready at the airport with our written name in German. He carried us safely to the destination hotel. Also the return transport is punctual and reliable. The driver, speaking English, was very nice and polite. We would book the service again at any time. We have a 100% recommendation! THANK YOU! :)
