It was easy and straight forward, there was an admin error initially but this was rectified as soon as it was brought to your attention with no fuss. They were very friendly, spoke reasonable English, were on time and the vehicles were in good condition. We were impressed with the safe driving especially in the recent very heavy snow. Hi, The driver that picked us up to and from the airport was FANTASTIC! Hw was very patient when one of our bags did not arrive in sofia, and we had to spend a bit of time filling in forms. Although we struggled with the language barriers, he was very pleasant to be with, and got us to where we wanted with no problems!
